I currently lead Senior Fitness classes Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings in Franklin, KY.
My goal is for you to leave my classes feeling energized, glad that you took the time for yourself and feeling better in Body. Mind. Spirit. Classes focusing on Strength & Balance/Fall Prevention are 9:30 – 10:15 AM Mon-Wed-Fri. Cardio Drumming is Friday 10:30 – 11 AM. All classes are sponsored by F-S Parks & Recreation and are SilverSneakers FLEX community fitness classes. All classes take place at Jim Roberts Community Park in the Agricultural Building | Park Office.

Socialization is a vital component to our overall health so you get that with my classes in addition to all the good stuff for your bodies.
Bring water for yourself in a covered container; dress comfortably and wear sensible shoes for exercise.

Improve functional strength, cardiovascular fitness, core strength & stability, bone density, balance | balance recovery and coordination with non | low-impact cardio utilizing interval-circuit training (chair aerobics), full-body resistance training using bodyweight w/ isometrics, dumbbells, and dynamic stretching. 45 minute class. The Cardio Drumming class is 30 minutes of high energy FUN. ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Do you have mobility issues? No problem! Wheel-Chair accessible. All the classes can be done seated or standing. No floor work.
